These product rules supplement the agreement with the organisation operating your workspace; that agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Authorised use
Use only the account issued to you, protect your password and authenticator, and report suspected compromise promptly. Do not bypass access controls, probe other workspaces, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm people or systems.
Recordings and content
Record only when you are authorised and affected people have received the required notice. You remain responsible for the content you provide and for checking whether it may lawfully be processed. Avoid special-category or highly confidential information unless your organisation has explicitly approved that use.
AI-generated drafts
Transcripts and structured reports can contain errors or omissions. They are not legal, tax, medical or professional advice. A person must verify the source, resolve missing details and approve the document before relying on or distributing it.
Pilot availability
The pilot may change, pause, or limit features and usage while the service is evaluated. Preserve any document your organisation must retain outside the pilot. Retention and deletion periods are described in the privacy notice.
