Responsible operator
The legal entity operating the service or your organisation workspace and the applicable contact details must be stated in your registration information, order, or customer agreement. If they are missing, ask the service operator or workspace administrator before using personal or confidential information.
Technical service
Feldnotiz turns user-supplied recordings into reviewable document drafts. It uses Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt region for application hosting, storage and identity. Generated output remains a draft until a user reviews and approves it.
Contact
Use the contact channel in your registration information or agreement. Inside an organisation, your workspace owner or administrator is the first contact for access, support, privacy requests and incident reporting.
