When reporting a problem
Include the approximate time, page, action, visible error text, browser and device, and the report identifier if one is visible. Do not send passwords, authenticator secrets, reset codes, access tokens, recordings, or confidential report content in a support message.
Security incident
If an account, device, recording or document may have been exposed, stop using the affected account, preserve only non-sensitive evidence, and contact the workspace administrator immediately. The administrator should disable access and escalate through the operator's incident channel.
Privacy request
Ask the organisation that invited you to identify its privacy contact. Provide enough information to locate the relevant workspace records, but do not include identity documents until the responsible organisation gives you a secure verification method.
